As a source of frustration, I wish the Eero team would pay greater attention to such simple solutions that materially impact the customer experience. It might work occasionally, but I don't regret purchasing the whole system. One of the many mistakes is that if you add a device as a profile, or forget to delete it after you have finished using it, it can crash your app every time you attempt to use it. You will have to spend at least 30 minutes calling the company to remove it.
Unfortunately Alexa integration currently only works one direction. It can pause the internet, for example, but it can't turn it back on. Even if it's limited, Eero is unique in offering voice command input for some of its functions.
